Can AI Run a YouTube Channel Automatically?
This is my plan for 2026 and goal to reach extra income from YouTube.
🚨 My Very Important Mindset Shift. I am NOT 🚨 My Very Important Mindset Shift.
I am NOT: “Teaching AI”, expert or guru.
I am: “Building AI income publicly” and looking for like-minded people
with the same level or those who are ready to help.
That difference protects me from imposter syndrome.
What I did so far:
– I started a blog on WordPress, got domain name, private email address – with
Global Domain International ($10 per month) – can be one income stream, too.
– Serpclix pays me $20-25 per month just for being online, click on Google (Bing) ads.
(This is helpful to pay in future for PRO membership or for domain name)
– I created YouTube Channel (will modify the name, title, description)
– I did 20 random short videos (about myself) from my mobile phone and posted them.
I received 9,127 views and 7 subscribers
– Finally, I understood what is my niche, what I need and content of my channel (after 24 days).
– I named it –“AI Profit with Yuri” (I will edit the name of the channel – you need 14 days to wait)
– I did approximately 12 video shorts about AI (with AI program – CapCut)
– I practice with short videos and learn CapCut tool (features)
– Short videos and images I took from Pixabay
– I get advice and assistance from chatGPT
– I used only free versions of tools so far (except blog and domain name https://www.iouri.ws)
– For promotion of the channel I will use blog and one of this landing pages

– The next step – long videos (7-10 min)
– First screen recording, text-to-speech scripts
– After that – my voice and face

📅 12-Month Realistic Roadmap
Phase 1 (Months 1–3)
Goal: Learn + Build Audience
- Post 3–5 Shorts per week
- 1 long video per week (even simple talking head)
- Document experiments
- Learn basic editing + AI tools
Focus: credibility, not money.
Phase 2 (Months 4–6)
Goal: First monetization steps
- Start affiliate links (AI tools you test)
- Add email list (optional but powerful)
- Improve thumbnails + hooks
- Make more structured tutorials
You may see:
- First small affiliate commissions
- Maybe 100–500 subscribers
Phase 3 (Months 7–12)
Goal: Stable small income stream
- More focused tutorials
- Case studies (“I made $X after 60 days”)
- Optimize best-performing videos
- Possibly reach YouTube monetization threshold
Even $200–500/month at that stage is realistic if done consistently.
